Important Instructions for Visitors
Statue Of Unity
The following items are not allowed inside the Statue of Unity Complex and to be
kept outside only.
- Personal Items: Lighters, Scissors-metal with pointed tips, realistic replica of a toy weapon
- Sharp Objects: Box Cutters, Ice Axes/Ice Picks, Knives (any length and any type except round-bladed, butter and plastic cutlery), Meat Cleavers, Razor-Type Blades such as box-cutters, utility knives, razor blades not in a cartridge, but excluding safety razors, sabres, swords.
- Sporting Goods: Baseball Bats, Bows and Arrows, Cricket Bats, Golf Clubs, Hockey, Sticks, Lacrosse Sticks, Pool Cues, Ski Poles, Spear Guns.
- Guns and Firearm: Ammunition, BB Guns, Compressed Air Guns, Firearms, Parts of Guns and Firearms, Pellet Guns, Realistic replicas of Firearms, Starter Pistols.
- Tools: Axes and Hatchets, Cattle Prods, Crowbars, Hammers, Drills (including cordless portable power drills), Saws (including cordless portable power saws), Screwdrivers (except those in eyeglass repair kits), Tools (including but not limited to wrenches and pliers), Wrenches and Pliers.
- Martial Arts / Self Defence Items: Billy Clubs, Black Jacks, Brass knuckles, Kubatons, Mace / Pepper Spray, Martial Arts Weapons, Night Sticks, Nunchakus, Martial Arts / Self Defence Items, Stun Guns / Shocking Devices, Throwing Stars.
- Explosive Materials: Such as Flare Guns, Gun Lighters, and Gun Powder, Explosive Material.Blasting Caps, Dynamite, Fireworks, Flares (in any form). Hand Grenades, Plastic Explosives, and Realistic Replicas of Explosives.
- Compressed Gases: Such as (deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable, and poisonous) Butane, Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen and Aqualung Cylinders (deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable and poisonous)
- Flammable Items: Such as Aerosol (any except for personal care or toiletries in limited quantities), Fuels(including cooking fuels and any flammable liquid fuel) Gasoline, Gas Torches, Lighter Fluid, Strike anywhere matches, Turpentine and Paint Thinner, realistic Replicas of Incendiaries
- Oxidizing Materials: Such as bleaching powder, peroxides.
- Poisonous and infectious substances: such as insecticides, weed-killers, and live virus materials, radioactive materials.
- Corrosives: Such as acids, alkalis, mercury, wet cell batteries (except those in wheelchairs), oven or drain cleaners.
- Other dangerous articles: Such as magnetized, offensive, or irritating materials. Briefcases and attache cases with installed alarm devices.
- Visitors to take note that Statue of Unity Site Entry Opens at 08:00 AM and Closes at 06:00 PM.

- No Charges for booking a ticket via Net Banking or Debit Card.
- No Charges for booking via Credit Card.

In case your Transaction failed, and the amount is deducted from your bank account.
- Please mail failed Transaction screenshot and transaction id on Email, support@soutickets.in or call on 18002336600 between 8 am to 6 pm.
- If your complaint is not resolved within 7 working days then please contact on support@soutickets.in for reporting the matter/issue.

To View Booked Tickets, Follow Below Steps.
- Open https://soutickets.in/
- Click on "Login" (Top Right Corner of The Website)
- On the Login page, Enter the Mobile number from which you have booked the tickets and Click "Send OTP"
- On Receipt of One time Password, enter the OTP on Website, you will be redirected to Home Page
- On the Top Right side of the Website, Visitor can see three options Profile, Wallet, and My Bookings
- From the visible three options, Click "My Bookings"
- You Will be able to View your booking for SOU.
- Visiting tourists to take note that SOU complex does not have a locker facility, therefore, it is advised not to carry any bags and other prohibited items like cigarettes, matchboxes, lighters, other inflammable items, intoxicants, and pets to SoU Complex.
- The bags are not allowed in statue of unity premises.
- Food items are not allowed inside the SoU complex. However, visitors are allowed to carry baby food and medicines.
- To cancel any of your pre-book tickets, please log in to our site and go to My Bookings section. You can see Cancel Ticket Option for each ticket which is future dated. On clicking "Cancel Ticket", the system will show refund amount as per standard cancellation policy. Once you accept, the system will initiate the refund process which will take 7-14 working days to reflect via the same payment method.
- There is Quota of 7000 Tickets, per day for the Viewing Gallery as per the capacity of the Elevator. Therefore, if Viewing Gallery tickets are sold out then you have to buy Entry Tickets only shown in a separate category. Please note that in the case when Viewing Gallery Tickets are sold out, then tickets will not be available at the Counters of the SOU also. Therefore, the visitors planning to visit Viewing Gallery are requested to plan and book Viewing Gallery Tickets as per the availability shown on the website.
- Please note that if your booking status is showing "Awaiting Confirmation from a bank", then please wait for 30 minutes and then recheck the status if you try multiple bookings within 30 minutes then SVPRET is not responsible for a refund.
